Property Cleaner & Maintenance Assistant

Job Overview Sawyer's Landing is looking for a reliable, self-motivated team member to help keep our property running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, welcoming spaces and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

What You'll Do:

Responsible for the cleanliness, upkeep, and overall presentation of all buildings and structures on the premises , including but not limited to: Perform daily check-ins and light cleaning/maintenance of the treehouse Clean and maintain the bathhouse (weekly deep clean) Manage and stay on top of laundry from our tiny homes Complete laundry for The Station (once per week) Complete laundry and assist with cleaning needs for The Well Refresh guest items for longer stays (restocking towels, trash bags, and essentials) Assist with venue upkeep, including linen laundry and light weekly cleaning Help with general upkeep around the property (indoor and outdoor spaces) Assist with miscellaneous tasks as they come up — this role is flexible and varies day-to-day

What We're Looking For:

Dependable and consistent with strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently and managing your time Willing to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Able to handle physical tasks (lifting, cleaning, walking the property, etc.) Someone who cares about creating a great experience for guests

Schedule:

Part-time (hours may vary based on property needs) Some weekends may be required
