Maintenance Worker / Groundkeeper

Full-Time Maintenance Technician Job Summary We are a condominium complex seeking a reliable, full-time Maintenance Technician. The standard schedule is five days per week; however, a four-day, 10-hour schedule may be considered. Compensation is based on experience. This year-round position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining outdoor spaces. Overtime may be available during peak or unusual situations, if desired. Key Responsibilities Repair and maintain fences and siding Clean gutters and repair or extend downspouts Remove branches from fallen trees and clear storm drains after storms Patrol the property to collect yard waste, small branches, and trash; report maintenance issues to management Fill and monitor pool water levels as needed Maintain pool areas, including emptying trash, organizing furniture, setting up umbrellas, and cleaning tables Water flowers and landscaping around the pool area Perform general maintenance tasks such as power washing courts, replacing light bulbs, and weeding Additional duties may be assigned based on skill level Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean record (must be insurable to operate a company pickup truck) Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions Dependable and detail-oriented Additional Information Immediate start available Additional hours may be available between now and Memorial Day If you want, I can also tailor this for job boards (Indeed, Craigslist, etc.) or make it sound more casual or more competitive to attract applicants.
