Job Summary Join our team as a Property Maintenance / Building Maintenance technician, where you will keep our properties functional and up to date. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems, overseeing preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring all facilities operate smoothly, and assisting with completing future construction projects. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise. Manage facilities maintenance activities. Use a variety of power tools and hand tools.
