In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, including landscaping, equipment repairs, and general building upkeep. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing maintenance and beautification of our property through your skills in landscaping, construction, and equipment operation. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, lawn care, tree trimming, gardening, and irrigation system management to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy. Operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently for various repair or installation projects. Maintain hardscape features such as walkways, and other outdoor structures through regular inspections and repairs. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access around the property. Support tree care activities including pruning, planting, and removal as needed for landscape health and safety. Collaborate with team members on landscaping projects or construction tasks that enhance the property's appearance and functionality. Experience Proven experience in maintenance work with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and tools. Hands-on experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, horticulture practices, and gardening techniques. Familiarity with operating power tools such as drills, saws, trimmers, as well as larger equipment like excavators or snow plows. Prior work in construction or hardscape projects is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills combined with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently. Pay:
$16.50 - $20.00 per hour
