Parts Runner / Shop Assistant - Springfield, MO Penmac Staffing is now hiring a reliable Parts Runner / Shop Assistant for a local fleet maintenance operation in Springfield, MO. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity with a steady weekday schedule. Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday, 3:30 pm to Midnight $15.50 per hour Parts Runner / Shop Assistant Requirements Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to communicate clearly and follow detailed instructions Familiarity with Springfield business locations and surrounding areas Dependable attendance and punctuality Professional appearance (closed-toe shoes, solid shirts with minimal lettering, full-length pants or jeans) Team player Willingness to submit to a background check Parts Runner / Shop Assistant Responsibilities Deliver parts promptly to various local businesses and job sites Maintain cleanliness of the fleet maintenance shop and facilities (janitorial duties) Work safely around fuels, oils, and other chemicals Support Fleet Management with additional tasks as needed Fill in for Bus Cleaner duties on a regular basis when required Adapt to alternate schedules or hours if needed This Parts Runner / Shop Assistant role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in keeping a workspace organized, and knows their way around Springfield.
