Job Description

Overview Seeking a reliable maintenance person for our Triple Stop Convenience Stores as well as our Laundry and Carwash. We have multiple locations in Greenwood, Winona and Grenada. Duties include general repairs, plumbing, electrical, store and grounds upkeep, etc. Must be willing to work and get dirty!
PAY WILL BE DISCUSSED
Perform routine repairs and maintenance at all locations. Troubleshoot and fix plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues. Replace light bulbs, ballasts, fixtures as needed. Repair doors, shelving, and other equipment. Maintain the exterior and interior appearances of stores. Repair damaged areas, flooring, etc. as needed. Ensure parking lots, sidewalks and grounds are clean and safe. Fill Ice and drain water in drink coolers. Change the grease in fryers. As well as any other asked tasks. Other requirements Reliable Transportation ( Work Truck Provided ) Ability to lift 50 pounds Comfortable working indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.
