We are looking for a Maintenance Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair work on our premises, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems. Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems for safety and compliance with regulations. Perform preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with buildings, equipment, and systems. Maintain records of maintenance activities. Provide assistance to other maintenance personnel as needed.
