Part -Time Maintenance for Storage Facility Self Storage property in Hattiesburg, MS area is seeking a part-time maintenance person to provide general handyman, electrical, and carpentry assistance (up to 20 hours a week) Under the direction of the property manager Light mechanical work Replacement of hardware Repairs to buildings as needed Replacement of fluorescent and standard light bulbs, wall packs, ballast Various electrical, carpentry, or handyman repairs Assist manager with debris removal when needed Must have your own truck, tools, and ladders Background check required Great part-time or retirement job
