We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Maintenance Assistant at THIS Community Care Center . This position consists of a 20- hour work week. In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

The Ideal Candidate:

High school diploma or equivalent and 2-5 years building maintenance experience Prior work experience in a healthcare facility (nursing home or hospital) is preferred Prior supervisory experience and/or leadership skills Knowledge of general building maintenance practices and procedures Ability to repair minor mechanical equipment Knowledge of safety requirements and regulations.
