Based on experience Job Summary Holiday Inn & Suites Tupelo is now hiring a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Maintenance Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, hands-on, and able to help keep our hotel clean, safe, and well-maintained for guests and staff. The Maintenance Associate will assist with general hotel maintenance, repairs, and upkeep throughout the property. This includes responding to maintenance requests, completing basic repairs, maintaining common areas, and helping ensure the hotel remains in excellent condition. Evening and weekend availability is required. Responsibilities Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Perform basic repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance tasks as needed Keep the hotel property clean, safe, and well-maintained Inspect rooms, hallways, common areas, and equipment for maintenance issues Replace light bulbs, repair minor fixtures, and complete small projects Assist with preventative maintenance tasks Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in an organized manner Work closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and management to meet guest needs Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Previous maintenance, repair, or hotel experience preferred, but not required Basic knowledge of general repairs and maintenance helpful Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to work independently and follow direction Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to lift, bend, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks during shift Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Must be available for evening shifts Weekend availability is required Compensation & Benefits Part-time position Evening and weekend schedule Pay based on experience Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with the company Why Join Our Team?
