Job Description

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Day Shift)
Starting Pay:
$20.00 per hour, with compensation based on experience. Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and organized Maintenance / Administrative Helper to support the maintenance department with parts management, inventory control, data entry, and administrative duties. This position plays a key role in ensuring maintenance operations run efficiently by coordinating supplies, vendor services, and maintaining accurate records. Essential Responsibilities Identify, source, and order maintenance parts and supplies. Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and services with outside vendors. Manage and coordinate UPS and FedEx deliveries for the facility. Perform daily and weekly data entry for maintenance reports and records. Organize and maintain the parts room and tool storage areas. Monitor inventory levels and ensure critical spare parts are available. Assist with maintenance-related administrative tasks and documentation. Support the maintenance team with additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in maintenance, inventory control, parts management, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
