Job Description

Position General Responsibilities :
Responsible for the building and grounds maintenance for all the branches within the Northwestern Market. This includes, but is not limited to, facilities located in the flathead area,
Kalispell, Big Fork, and Columbia Falls Employees Supervised :
None. Basic Qualifications High School diploma or equivalency. Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Experience in general facilities maintenance. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license. Knowledge of how to safely perform requested tasks and willingness to do so in such a manner.
Preferred:
Experience in commercial property management.
Dimension of Job :
Responsible for general maintenance and repair of the Northwestern area Stockman Bank Branches, including limited ground maintenance. Duties include cleaning, repairing, and general upkeep of the facilities. Occasionally this position will require an on call and/or after hour work schedule for unexpected occurrences that pertain to all Northwestern area facilities. Position Specific Responsibilities, Duties and Competencies 1.
Maintenance function:
Responsible for small construction, shelving etc. Responsible for general painting to include touching up the stained wood throughout branches Replace light bulbs and fluorescent lights as needed, which may include parking lot lights. Responsible for repair of minor plumbing issues. Replace ceiling tiles that have been stained by water leakage. Determine if building roof is leaking and act as a contact between repair vendors and Stockman Bank management as assigned. Clean up of storage areas including assisting with moving of storage cartons from smaller facilities to larger storage area. Assist with furniture moving as needed. Responsible for Bank auto fleet; maintain records on oil changes and other routine automobile maintenance including regular washing, etc. Assist with putting up and removing holiday decorations. Any other tasks assigned and deemed necessary within the scope of building or grounds maintenance. 2. Exterior Grounds Maintenance Keep premises free of debris to include sidewalks and parking lots; sweep if necessary. Keep outside ash trays clean. Clean oil stains in parking lots and drive up lanes. Remove all leaves from landscaped area; includes regular garbage pickup. Weed all flower beds Act as contact between contracted vendors for lawn mowing, snow removal, fertilizer, tree pruning, etc. 3.
Sales/Public Relations:
Promote the improvement of Stockman Bank through quality customer service, promotion of products, professionalism in conduct and diligent work ethic. Greet all customers pleasantly and make them feel welcome and comfortable. 4.
Federal Regulations:
Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures that apply to and concern this position's area of responsibility and various other Federal and State regulations as they apply. For full description, which includes physical mental demands please see attachment.
