About Alpine Falls Ranch Alpine Falls Ranch is a beautiful guest lodge located in Superior, Montana, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and natural beauty. Known for hosting private events such as weddings and retreats, we offer a unique experience that combines luxury with the rustic charm of ranch life. Job Description We are seeking a full-time Deputy Ranch Foreman who is experienced, hardworking and dependable. The ideal candidate is flexible, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in an outdoor environment. Responsibilities General ranch labor including equipment repair and general property/facilities maintenance Operate ranch equipment such as tractors, trucks, and trailers Assist with hay harvesting Assist with setup, management and breakdown of irrigation operations Support event setup and tear down for weddings and other private events Assist with groundskeeping, carpentry, and other general maintenance tasks Other tasks as needed to support ranch operations Qualifications 5+ years' experience in general ranch labor or a similar role High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in agriculture or related field preferred. Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform maintenance tasks Communicate effectively with ranch management and staff Hardworking, punctual and self-motivated Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Strong physical ability, able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions Able to pass a background check Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
Pay:
$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
