Maintenance Staff

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Staff member to ensure the optimal operation and safety of our facilities. This role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks across various systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting facility improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and technical skills, along with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient environment. Qualifications Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment. Handles necessary repairs and maintenance. Installs equipment Follow local and state building codes. Plumbing Electrical work Painting Power Washing Carpentry Comply with all company safety regulations. Keeps a maintenance log Reports any issues to the maintenance or property manager. Respond to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion. Loads and unloads equipment Follow written and verbal instructions from the maintenance or property manager. Collaborates with the Maintenance Team, Property Manager, and Board of Directors Reads and follows manuals, blueprints, and other written instructions. Completes maintenance work orders in a timely manner Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools Use company snow removal equipment including plow, blower, and shovels to clear parking lots and walkways. Salt walkways as needed. Maintain pool and hot tub Become pool certified after 90-Day probationary period with course costs paid by HOA Any other assigned duties

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
