FACILITIES STAFF

Ballantyne Country Club is seeking a dependable and skilled Full-Time Maintenance Technician / Handyman to assist in the overall maintenance and upkeep of the club's facilities and grounds. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and painting, along with the ability to troubleshoot and assist with a variety of maintenance-related tasks. Responsibilities•Perform general maintenance and repair work throughout the club facilities Assist with plumbing repairs and maintenance Complete basic carpentry projects and repairs Support HVAC troubleshooting and preventative maintenance Perform interior and exterior painting as needed Respond to maintenance projects in a timely and professional manner Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Assist other maintenance technicians with projects and repairs as needed Identify maintenance issues and report concerns to the Facilities Director Follow all safety procedures and company policies Benefits offered to Full Time Employees•Health/Vison/Dental Insurance, Short Term & Long Term Disability, PTO and Holiday Pay, etc. 401K Eligible after a year of employment and 1000 Hours works. Helps with any other technician issues that may be needed Qualifications•General knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and painting Previous maintenance or handyman experience required Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance equipment and materials as needed
