Facility Maintenance Worker Durham, NC Job Details Full-time $23 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Life insurance Qualifications Carpentry Masonry Janitorial experience Renovation Drywall 5 years Equipment installation Maintenance Equipment troubleshooting Mid-level High school diploma or GED Driver's License Electrical experience Plumbing Equipment maintenance Roofing Facilities maintenance Full Job Description Perform general facility repairs, troubleshooting, installation and maintenance on buildings, facility equipment and utility systems. Scope of work may include electrical, plumbing, roofing, masonry, drywall repair, painting, carpentry, renovations, etc. Works 40 hours per week, $23 per hour plus excellent benefits. Minimum of 5 years work experience, high school education/GED, and a valid NCDL is required.
