Durham, North Carolina Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Rotating night emergency on call)
Salary:
$22 per hour

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Maintenance Worker for a temp-perm position. The client is a property management company dedicated to providing exceptional service to their residents. With a focus on maintaining safe, comfortable, and inviting communities, they are seeking a dynamic Maintenance Worker to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Conduct inspections and repairs of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Ensure all maintenance work meets safety standards and regulations. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a maintenance worker or similar role. Must have own toolbox. Eager to learn and adaptable to new tasks. Positive attitude with a helpful demeanor.
