Maintenance (Part-time)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various maintenance tasks, P-Tac systems, and general repairs. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the hotel's building systems, including plumbing, electrical, P-Tac and general mechanical equipment. Repair or replace damaged fixtures, furniture, appliances, and equipment in guest rooms and public areas. Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues in the hotel facilities. Log all maintenance activities, ensuring accurate records are kept of all service requests, work completed, and follow-up actions taken. Requirements Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or in a similar role. Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and HVAC/R is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
