Job Description
Maintenance Mechanic Assistant This position is for a metal heat treating company. It is a hot warehouse environment. Mechanic is responsible for assisting to performing routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on all company equipment and machinery as well as building maintenance. Good mechanical skills, knowledge of basic tools, how to read measurements, basic computer skills, current driver's license, forklift experience preferred, heavy lifting, ability to work well with others, and flexible schedule. Occasional travel to VA location. GREAT Benefits - Health insurance is about 90% paid by employer, retirement, Life, Long term disability and vision insurance paid by employer, uniforms provided, and vacation and holiday pay.
