Over the course of 8 weeks, you'll receive in-class instruction combined with hands-on training from experienced technicians who were once in your shoes. By the end of the program, you'll be equipped with the skills and confidence needed to work independently. The Apprenticeship Program is only located in Sanford, NC at Headquarters. There are no alternative locations for this program.

HVAC Maintenance Apprentice Key Responsibilities:

Lean how to perform a high-level maintenance. Learn to do basic troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HVAC equipment. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Observe and learn proper techniques for system testing and calibration. Document work performed and report findings to supervisors.

HVAC Maintenance Apprentice Skills and Qualifications:

Strong interest in HVAC systems and technical trades. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems is a plus. Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

HVAC Maintenance Apprentice Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy equipment (75+ lbs.) Current & valid driver's license required Clean driving record (minimum of 3 years) Ability to pass a background check Authorized to work in the
