Hiring Immediately Compensation:
Salary:

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in routine and preventative maintenance tasks throughout the facility. Conduct inspections of premises and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform minor repairs, including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Respond to urgent maintenance calls and participate in resolving emergency situations. Collaborate with the maintenance team to prepare for and complete renovation projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Maintain records of maintenance and repair work.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field. Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices. Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems. Good communication abilities and physical stamina.
