In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across the hotel, ensuring safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will contribute to creating a safe, well-maintained environment that supports both our team and our customers Duties Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC components. Apply residential painting techniques to refresh interior and exterior surfaces as needed. Operate tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and diagnostics. Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety standards are met and work is completed efficiently. Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to diagnose system faults. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields such as manufacturing or commercial building upkeep. Experience in residential painting and general handyman tasks is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and coordination with team members.
