Job Description

Join Our Team as a Maintenance Assistant At Willow Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, we're committed to providing high-quality care to our residents. As a Maintenance Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our facility is safe, clean, and well-maintained. We're seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our team on a per diem basis.

Your Responsibilities:
Assist with routine maintenance tasks, including painting, light repairs, plumbing, and electrical work Support scheduled inspections and facility checks Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment Perform minor outdoor maintenance tasks, such as lawn care and trimming Support emergency response efforts and be on-call as needed Coordinate with staff to complete maintenance work orders Keep equipment and tools organized and in good condition
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience Minimum of 2-3 years general maintenance experience preferred Ability to perform basic repairs and operate maintenance equipment Good communication skills and a team-player attitude Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
