Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to help us part time with the daily basic maintenance of a small apartment community in Minot, ND. Flexible schedule , some on-call hours, duties include but not limited to customer service, resident maintenance requests, painting, cleaning, grounds, and snow removal.
