Maintenance Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Worker to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities and outdoor spaces. Your expertise in general maintenance will help us create a welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work across various projects, from lawn care and landscape maintenance to equipment repair and snow plowing, all while contributing to the upkeep of our property. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components. Utilize hand tools and power tools to repair or replace damaged fixtures, equipment, or infrastructure. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, tree trimming, pruning, planting, and gardening to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy. Operate lawn care machinery like mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems to maintain pristine grounds. Manage snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access around the property. Assist with hardscape projects including paving, fencing, and other construction-related tasks. Support tree care activities using equipment like excavators for planting or removal as needed. Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience in maintaining building systems or equipment. Hands-on experience with landscaping, gardening, and lawn care techniques. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators or snow plows. Knowledge of landscape maintenance best practices. Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality workmanship. Prior experience in construction or general maintenance.

From $23.00 per hour
