Open Until Filled See attached job description The District is anticipating an opening in our Maintenance Department for HVAC. Assigned responsibilities of the position will involve performing job tasks which may include, but are not limited to: general maintenance/skilled duties involving our HVAC systems. This position will install, maintain, diagnose, and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems within the District. Assistance with general maintenance, grounds maintenance, snow removal, and seasonal operations as needed and operation of maintenance equipment and tools may also be required. Job duties performed may vary, based on departmental needs. Position responsibilities may require occasional early morning, evening, weekend, and overtime hours, particularly during snow and ice events, emergency situations, or district activities. Employees must be available to respond to weather-related operations, including snow removal and facility access preparation, as needed. Applicants should be able to perform moderately heavy/manual activities, effectively use materials, supplies, tools, and equipment, and carry out both oral and written directions. Experience in HVAC and a valid driver's license are required. A minimum of a journeyman certification is preferred.
