Assistant Apartment Maintenance Supervisor We are seeking a skilled and dependable Assistant Apartment Maintenance Supervisor who takes pride in their work and brings a well-rounded technical skill set to the team.

What You'll Do:

Assist in overseeing and guiding a team of maintenance professionals at a large residential community Complete a wide variety of residential service requests with efficiency and quality Perform repairs including: HVAC systems Electrical and plumbing Pool maintenance Carpentry and drywall Building exteriors and appliances Prepare apartment homes for new residents (turns/make-readies) Partner with the property management team to deliver an exceptional resident experience

What We're Looking For:

Experience supervising or leading a maintenance team Strong, hands-on experience with general maintenance and repairs Valid driver's license Multi-family housing experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of: Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliances A strong commitment to resident satisfaction and service excellence Flexibility to respond to after-hours emergencies , including evenings and weekends as needed Ready to Join Us?
