• $17 per hour Open Date 03/10/2026 Description The City of Keene Parks and Recreation Department is getting ready for a busy season and is looking to fill Seasonal Maintenance Worker positions! If you have the skills to safely operate multiple pieces of equipment for lawn care and landscaping and are willing to work in any type of weather
• then this job is for you! Duties will include but not be limited to lawn care, landscaping, routine ball field maintenance, maintaining the multi-use trail system, assisting with special events, performing seasonal opening and closing procedures, cleaning restrooms and collecting and removing trash. Pay rates will range from $16
• $17 per hour , depending on years of experience! Hours are Monday-Friday, 7am
• 3pm, but occasionally hours may vary.

Saturday and/or Sunday hours (6am-9am) are necessary every few weeks. To ensure compliance with NH Department of Labor youth employment laws regarding the operation of power equipment, candidates must be at least 18 years of age . Additionally, a valid and current driver's license is required, along with a high school diploma or GED, or a combination of education, training, and experience!
