Maintenance and Shop Support

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance and Shop Support professional to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and manufacturing environment. This role involves performing routine maintenance, supporting shop activities, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, basic carpentry, electrical, and technical skills. Your contributions will help sustain operational excellence, enhance safety standards, and support our commitment to quality manufacturing. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, facilities, and tools to minimize downtime. Organize material receiving areas Build various shipping containers and pallets Assist with facilities maintenance tasks and general upkeep to ensure a safe working environment. Provide exceptional customer service by collaborating with manufacturing teams to resolve equipment issues promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with a focus on mechanical, basic electrical and carpentry support. Skilled in welding techniques and residential painting for repair or aesthetic purposes. Mechanical knowledge related to troubleshooting and repair processes. Excellent communication skills Knowledge of general shop upkeep is a plus.
