Job Description

Part-Time Maintenance Worker Job Title:
Part-Time Maintenance Worker Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM (25 hours/week)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Worker to assist with general repairs and upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of light repair and maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and light repair work Clean and maintain facility grounds and common areas Assist with minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks Identify and report maintenance issues as needed Ensure tools and equipment are used safely and properly
Requirements:
Valid driver's license Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair work Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior handyman or maintenance experience Familiarity with common tools and equipment
Compensation:
$17 per hour
