Job Description
Garden Lake is seeking a dependable, hardworking Full-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain our mobile home community, grounds, and common areas. Responsibilities include performing general maintenance and repairs on community-owned structures and equipment, assisting residents with approved maintenance concerns, maintaining roads, utilities, and landscaping, preparing lots for new home installations, and ensuring the community remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. Candidates should have experience with general repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and exterior maintenance. The ability to operate landscaping and maintenance equipment, work independently, and respond to maintenance needs in a timely manner is required.
