Job Description

Job Summary Luxury High-Rise building in Fort Lee, NJ is seeking an Assistant Building Superintendent.
Must have:
At least a high school degree Valid driver's license 5 years minimum maintenance experience Responsibilities Address work order repairs Electrical repairs and maintenance: lightbulb replacement
Carpentry & General Construction:
woodwork, sheetrock, sanding, painting
General Plumbing:
Toilets, faucets, contain and/or fix leaks
Facility Repairs:
doors, doorknobs, locks, broken tiles, polish floors, staining Heating/Cooling system maintenance; Black Seal license is a
PLUS Pay:
Up to $32.00 per hour
