Job Description
The Arc of Bergen and Passaic Counties in the premier not-for profit of families, self advocates and community members dedicated to assisting individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. We are seeking to fill a Maintenance position which involves experience with maintenance and related work, demonstrated skill in painting, carpentry, home repair and basic plumbing and masonry, ability to assess facility status, identify problems and determine solutions, including direct intervention and acquisition of outside services. Perform all work necessary for the care, maintenance and upkeep of each individual building in a workmanlike manner including but not limited to painting, sheet rocking, plumbing, masonry, carpentry and yard work.
