This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the property's common areas, including the lobby, hallways, fitness center, roof deck, and other amenity spaces. The ideal candidate will take pride in providing exceptional service and ensuring all areas of the building meet the high standards expected in a luxury residential community. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a professional, team-oriented environment focused on resident satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all common areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, fitness center, roof deck, and amenity spaces. Handle trash removal, recycling, and upkeep of compactor rooms Perform light maintenance tasks and support the building staff with setups or general upkeep Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly to Management Maintain supply inventory and ensure cleaning equipment is in proper working condition Uphold the Association's standards of cleanliness, appearance, and safety throughout the property Skills Prior experience in luxury residential, porter, janitorial, or building maintenance roles preferred Strong work ethic, reliability, and high attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely perform physical tasks Professional appearance, communication skills, and resident service mindset Flexibility to work weekend or evening shifts as needed
