Career Growth and Advancement Opportunities Supportive Leadership Team Stable Full-Time Schedule Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities:
Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the facility Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues Assist in maintaining a safe and functional environment for residents and staff Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders Ensure equipment and building systems operate efficiently Follow all facility safety procedures and maintenance protocols Support the Maintenance Director with daily projects and repairs
Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Previous experience as a Maintenance Assistant , maintenance technician, or related role preferred Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills preferred Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Schedule:
