Key responsibilities include:

Ensuring that the properties are kept in top condition at all times; Address general maintenance and repairs improvements Operating machinery, equipment and supporting systems at all commercial and residential properties Repair projects including identifying the needs of the properties:

Plumbing, and Painting General Building Floor Care:

(dust/wet mopping/ stripping and waxing) Gardening- Planting, weeding and leaf removal Snow Removal shoveling and salting Providing response in emergencies as needed; This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management may deem necessary. Background and experience Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role with a good work history ; Possess plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills/experience; Ability to lift up to 50lbs; Mechanically inclined, highly organized and detail oriented; Reliable, courteous, friendly, hardworking and professional; Must be available to assist in after-hours emergency situations;
