You will be responsible for completing maintenance requests, performing repairs, assisting with unit turnovers, and supporting property teams as needed. Black Seal Low Pressure Boiler license a plus. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across multiple residential properties Complete work orders efficiently and with high-quality workmanship Support apartment turnovers including painting, repairs, and preparation for move-ins Diagnose and repair minor plumbing and electrical issues Conduct patching, plastering, and painting throughout common areas and units Perform tile and flooring repairs Assist with seasonal tasks such as outdoor upkeep Maintain tools, equipment and workspace and ensure they are organized and in proper working order Perform other duties as assisgned or necessary Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in painting, plastering, tiling and floor repair Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical Must have valid driver's license Black Seal Low Pressure Boiler License (NJ) preferred Strong oral and written communication skills required Must be able to work independently and manage time adequately Must be available for emergency repairs and rotating on-call duty Application deadline is May 8, 2026
