In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our residential and manufacturing facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment by performing a variety of maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and supporting ongoing facility improvements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your practical and mechanical skills and in a fast-paced setting that values safety, quality, and teamwork. Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation. Perform facilities maintenance activities including repairs and painting. Read and interpret technical manuals for troubleshooting machinery. Utilize a maintenance platform (maintain-x) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks. Assist in maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently. Participate in team efforts to improve facility operations through leadership initiatives and process enhancements. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments (a strong mechanical background a plus). Strong understanding of mechanical drawings/technical manuals. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
