Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing and replacing equipment, fixtures, and appliances
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders and document completed tasks
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and prioritize tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Proficient in using CMMS software for work order management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
