Responsibilities Assist with routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment, including conveyors, motors, pumps, and HVAC systems Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic problems using established procedures Maintain a clean and safe work area by following safety protocols and properly handling tools and materials Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately in logs or computerized systems Assist with inventory management of parts and supplies needed for maintenance tasks Collaborate with team members to complete scheduled maintenance projects efficiently and safely Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or vocational certification in industrial maintenance is a plus Prior experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and safety procedures is highly desirable Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team environment This role offers an engaging environment where your contributions directly impact operational success.
