Schedule:
Wednesday-Saturday | 7:00 AM- 5:00

Join our team as a Lead Rest Area Worker and help us ensure New Mexico's rest areas remain clean, safe, and welcoming for every traveler passing through. What You'll Do:
As a Lead Rest Area Worker, you will play a key role in daily operations by: Maintaining restrooms, buildings, and surrounding grounds Restocking restroom supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels) Ensuring public spaces are clean, safe, and inviting Assisting travelers with professionalism and courtesy Reporting maintenance or repair needs promptly Communicating effectively with your supervisor and team Participating in team meetings and special projects
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record check Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or in a team Friendly, dependable attitude with a willingness to help Organizational skills and basic computer knowledge Experience working with individuals with disabilities (a plus!) Preferred (But Not Required): Basic knowledge of building systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Bilingual abilities Why Join Us?
