Full-Time Ideal for fire sprinkler fitters with 2+ years of hands-on experience looking for steady, long-term work with a growing company. Full-time, consistent work in the Elko region Competitive compensation based on experience Benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match Training and growth opportunities What you'll be doing: Install fire sprinkler systems including wet pipe, dry pipe, pre-action, and deluge systems Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Perform work in compliance with applicable fire codes, building codes, and OSHA standards Use trade-specific tools and equipment to safely complete installations Regional travel may be required; overnight stays possible Work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts , Monday through Friday, with flexibility as required What we're looking for: 2+ years of fire sprinkler installation experience preferred Knowledge of fire and building codes; OSHA required (MSHA a plus) Basic computer and software skills Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to communicate effectively in English Ability to work flexible hours or on-call when necessary Ability to pass a national background check and pre-employment drug screen What we offer: Competitive compensation based on experience Industry-specific and system training Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) plan with company match Company-paid $50,000 life insurance
