Maintenance Assistant -
Full-Time Location:
Las Vegas Arts District or as assigned
Pay:
$19.00 per hour Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Maintenance Assistant to join our property management team in the Las Vegas Arts District. This is a full-time position focused on maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our commercial properties while assisting with general maintenance tasks. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in keeping properties looking their best, and are dependable, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform daily grounds maintenance and property clean-up Maintain curb appeal by keeping sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping, and common areas clean and presentable Remove trash and debris throughout the property Assist with general property maintenance and repairs Help prepare vacant suites and common areas as needed Assist maintenance staff with projects and miscellaneous tasks Report maintenance issues and safety concerns Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Reliable transportation is required Valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Basic maintenance experience is a plus.
