The ideal candidate will possess a background in maintenance; plumbing and electrical skills. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through regular maintenance, repairs, and improvements. The Maintenance Person will work collaboratively with other team members to uphold safety standards and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, ensuring all systems are operational. Apply entry level electrical expertise to resolve issues with electrical systems. Carry out general mechanical maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work, painting. Requirements Proficiency in using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools for electrical work. Excellent command of English for effective communication with team members and customers. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities when necessary. Must have a valid driver license.
