The worker is subject to atmospheric conditions: One or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory system of the skin: Fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, or poor ventilation.

THE ROLE

Under direct supervision, performs various unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance and manual labor work in the care and maintenance of Craig Ranch Regional Park. The full job description can be found here: Maintenance Worker

PT MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Three (3) months experience performing General Park and landscape maintenance work. Licenses and Certifications Must possess a valid Nevada state driver's license/ Identification Credential or have the ability to obtain and maintain a satisfactory motor vehicle record. Must complete an OSHA-10 course in construction/general industry safety and health hazard recognition and prevention within fifteen (15) calendar days after hire. Completion card must be continuously maintained while employed in this classification.
