Job Description

The Maintenance person is responsible for responding to maintenance requests as directed. This position will perform preventative maintenance as well as remodel, apartment and room turns, diagnose problems and repairs in the areas of electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, dry wall, appliances etc., and ensure that work orders are responded to professionally and promptly. Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness. Must have your own tools and a vehicle. some properties are in different locations. Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and promote a quality living experience for all. Some times on call and overtime during busy seasons.
