What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for: Performing routine and preventative maintenance on facilities and production equipment Supporting building and ground upkeep including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical work Assisting with minor maintenance on forging presses and furnaces Document maintenance activities and complete required paperwork Assist with scrap recovery and material handling activities

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have: High School diploma or GED Basic mechanical and maintenance aptitude and willingness to learn Desire to be trained into a maintenance technician role Previous maintenance or manufacturing background preferred Ability to follow safety procedures and detailed instructions Forklift experience is a plus Why Join Us in Albany? This is an on-site position in Albany, OR, offering a Monday-Friday day shift with potential for overtime opportunities.
