Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Worker to support the day-to-day upkeep and appearance of our three hotel properties in Alexandria Bay. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable experience for our guests visiting the beautiful 1000 Islands. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a fast-paced hospitality team, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on our facility grounds, including upkeep of our 2 seasonal outdoor pools Complete daily work orders and respond promptly to maintenance requests Ensure all work is completed safely and up to company standards Assist with seasonal opening/closing of properties Porting supplies as needed between our 3 properties Qualifications Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various indoor/outdoor conditions Valid driver's license required Previous property or hotel maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing and painting preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications A fun summer work environment in a busy tourist destination Outdoor work in a beautiful waterfront setting A reciprocal program that offers free or reduced ticket pricing for many local area attractions Grow Beyond the
