The ideal candidate will assist with the daily maintenance and upkeep of the facility to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Assist with routine building maintenance and repairs Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Help maintain facility grounds and equipment Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Assist with painting, basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs Support emergency and preventative maintenance needs
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance experience required; long-term care experience preferred Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Strong problem-solving skills and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in long-term care (LTC) strongly preferred.
