Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper cash register procedures. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities through friendly suggestions. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining areas, and restrooms, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure quick service delivery. Experience Previous experience in food preparation or working in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Experience in customer service roles that involve serving guests, cashiering, or retail math is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques is highly valued.
